• How much does Drop & Dash’s pickup and delivery service cost?

  Pricing is based on weight and service type. Wash and fold laundry is $1.95 per pound, plus a $4.96 delivery fee.

  • King of Queen Comforters: $29.95
  • Twin or Full comforters: $24.95
  • Pillows: $12.95 each
  • All other items are billed at the per pound rate.

  When you place an order, you’ll see an estimated total. Your final cost is confirmed after your laundry is weighed at our facility.

• How do I place an order?

  Place an order on our website or app. Choose your wash preferences, add-ons, delivery time, and add any special instructions. You’ll create an account to schedule your pickup, with no subscriptions or commitments.

• What do I need to do for pickup and delivery?

  At your scheduled pickup time, place your laundry in a disposable or reusable bag and leave it in your designated pickup spot. You don’t need to be home for pickup or delivery.

  We use high-quality, professional-grade detergents and products, but you’re welcome to include your own detergent, fabric softener, or dryer sheets. Any reusable bags or unused products will be returned with your clean laundry.

  Your laundry is washed, dried, and folded at our professional facilities and delivered back to your door at the scheduled time.

• Is my laundry professionally cleaned?

  Yes. All wash and fold orders are handled by our trained team using state-of-the-art equipment and quality detergents at our professional laundry facilities. Your laundry is never washed in a home machine.

• What if I need help with my order?

  Our Chicago-based customer service team is available by phone or email before, during, and after your pickup.
