Same day service is available on an as needed basis (please call customer service directly to arrange), and we also handle bulky items like comforters and bedding.

Our pricing is simple and transparent: $1.95 per pound of laundry and a flat delivery fee of $4.95 with a minimum order size of 25lbs which is about the size of 2 loads of laundry. We also process special items like comforters. No subscription needed!

Order
Start by downloading our app through the iOS or Play store. Once you’ve created your account within the app, you are ready to place your first order. Specify the number of laundry bags you will be sending and identify any special items included. Once you’ve selected your items, you will select your pickup and delivery dates and times.

Pickup
Before your pickup time, place your laundry into any type of disposable bag, such as a garbage bag. If you will not be at home for the pickup, feel free to leave your laundry on your porch, with a neighbor or door person, or anywhere else easily accessible to the driver. Please include this information in your order details.

Your driver can be tracked through the Drop and Dash App.We provide real time tracking information, so you can always see where your driver is on the map. If the driver has any issues with the pickup, they will give you a call directly.

Clean
Once your laundry has been picked up, it will be brought to one of our state-of-the-art facilities for processing. This ensures your clothes are never mixed with other orders, and are processed by our laundry professionals. Our laundry professionals will always separate whites and dark colors. Once clean, your clothes will be folded and packaged for delivery.

Deliver
You will receive push notifications from our app when your order is on the way, and you will continue to be able to track your delivery driver in real time. When your driver arrives, they will contact you to hand deliver your laundry.
