Everyday clothes, towels and sheets are washed and folded at $1.95 per pound. Comforters and pillows are priced per item. Specialty items are quoted separately.

Can you collect from an apartment, condo, or front desk?
Include your unit number, the correct entrance, access instructions, and the agreed pickup spot when you book. Arrange permission before leaving laundry with a front desk or in a shared area. If access needs coordination, contact our team before pickup.
Where are Chicago orders washed?
Chicago pickup orders are handled at our facility at 5928 S Kedzie Ave, Chicago, IL 60629. Our own team handles pickup, washing, drying, folding, and delivery, and your laundry is washed separately from other customers’ orders.
When can I schedule pickup and return?
Book by 11:59 PM for next-day pickup. Pickups are available seven days a week, with available two-hour windows shown during booking. Standard wash-and-fold turnaround is 24 hours. Contact our team about timing for hang-dry items or special care.

What does a standard Chicago pickup order cost?
Standard wash and fold is $1.95 per pound with a 25 lb minimum and $5 round-trip delivery. A 25 lb order totals $53.75 before discounts or extras. Hypoallergenic detergent is a $3 upgrade; comforters and pillows have separate item prices. See our pricing page for details.
